On September 20th, 2018, NUST MISIS hosted a meeting with Parliamentary representatives from the Republic of South Africa’s Committee on Higher Education and Training. NUST MISIS is intriguing to South Africans as a training center to work in conditions of the modern digital economy.
From August 19th to 31st, 2018, NUST MISIS held the international summer school “Materials and Technologies” for international students interested in materials science, and inorganic & physical chemistry. The program included courses on materials and technologies for solar energy, biomaterials, and IT-technologies in materials science, as well as the study of materials and technologies for digital design and 3D printing.
The number of state-funded spots in NUST MISIS’s Communications and International Public Relations program, which is taught entirely in English, has been doubled. Earlier in the
NUST MISIS and AGH University of Science and Technology have signed an agreement on the implementation of an English-language master`s degree program in management.
For the first time NUST MISIS participated in the annual conference of the European Association for International Education, which was held from September 13th-16th, 2016 in Liverpool, England. The conference attracted more than 5000 participants from hundreds of universities worldwide. During the business forum NUST MISIS`s representatives talked about the university’s success attracting international students to English-language master`s programs.
