NUST MISIS, one of Russia`s leading technological universities, and Sberbank, the leader in Russian banking, have signed a cooperation agreement for the implementation of joint research and innovation projects aimed at the development of new technologies in priority areas of cooperation.
For her contribution to the development of international cooperation, Alevtina Chernikova, Rector of NUST MISIS, has been awarded with the Republic of Kazakhstan’s honorary medal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, named after Nazir Torekulov.
On April 17th, 2018, NUST MISIS hosted a Times Higher Education (THE) seminar. The T.H.E. experts discussed the ranking`s latest changes and gave recommendations to the university on how to strengthen its global reputation.
NUST MISIS and Auerhammer Metallwerk GmbH, the oldest company in Germany (it was founded in 1526), have signed a cooperation agreement. The agreement was signed on Tuesday by Doctor Reinhardt Laag, CEO of Auerhammer Metallwerk GmbH, and Mikhail Filonov, the NUST MISIS Vice-Rector of Research & Development.
NUST MISIS, SAP, Ruspolymet, and ASAP Consulting will launch Russia`s first SAP Next-Gen Laboratory for the development of new technological solutions in the mining and metallurgical fields. NUST MISIS students will implement new projects with the use of big data processing technologies and the digitalization of production for Russia`s leading companies — partners and customers of SAP.
