Basic Information about the Laboratory:
Additive production is an up-to-date production concept that is extensively developed by the leading post-industrial countries starting from the last decades of the 20th century. This laboratory has a unique system of hybrid additive subtractive production based on combining the processes of laser cold spraying and mechanical operation to arrange for effective production of finished parts of relatively large sizes from single or polymetallic parts.

Activities of the Laboratory:
The HAT Laboratory is involved in creating comprehensive additive subtractive technologies for manufacture items with unique features for advanced engineering.

It develops an innovative hybrid additive technology based on cold gas-dynamic spraying, laser heating of the surface of the piece being manufactured, laser mechanical treatment of the piece being produced and laser structuring of its surface.
