State Academic Scholarship
The State Academic Scholarship is awarded to students studying full-time at the state’s expense according to their academic performance during the interim assessment carried out at least twice a year.
State Academic Scholarship Allocation Criteria and Payment Procedure
The State Academic Scholarship is awarded to students studying full-time at the state’s expense on higher education undergraduate degree programs, specialty programs, and master’s programs
The State Academic Scholarship is awarded to students based on their interim assessment grades and NUST MISIS Scholarship Committee decision. The scholarship is awarded to students with no academic failures who have “excellent,” “good” and “excellent,” or “good” grades.
The State Academic Scholarship is awarded to students having:
- only “good” grades — in the amount of one basic scholarship (1B);
- “good” and “excellent” grades — in the amount of two basic scholarships (2B);
- only “excellent” grades — in the amount of three basic scholarships (3B). In the absence of grades during the final interim assessment, the State Academic Scholarship is awarded to students in the amount of one basic scholarship (1B).
The State Academic Scholarship is awarded to students starting from the first day of the month after the announcement of the interim assessment results for the period up to the month when the next interim assessment ends in accordance with the academic schedule.
During the first semester, in accordance with the academic schedule, the State Academic Scholarship is awarded to all first-year students studying full-time at the state’s expense in the amount of one basic scholarship (1B).
The State Academic Scholarship is paid out monthly.
State Academic Scholarship is terminated:
- from the first day of the month following the month the student received a “satisfactory” grade during the interim assessment or had an academic failure;
- from the moment the student is expelled from the university.
