Micro- and Nanoelectronics Technologies
A specialist in the fields of micro- and nanoelectronics should have profound knowledge in areas such as materials science and semiconductor physics, understand the physical foundations of technological processes for creating new materials, and have an ability for self-development and quick adaptation. Students of the Master’s program participate in carrying out research on mathematical modeling of technologies for obtaining new materials, optimizing the modes of technological processes for the production of micro- and nanoelectronics products, developing methods for modifying components of solid-state electronics and integrated circuits, and methods for technical control and product testing. The program trains specialists for industry and academic research institutes and manufacturing enterprises of the electronics industry, including the military-industrial complex.
