The International Student Council of NUST MISIS has unveiled its event calendar to the end of this year. It provides International and Russian students with a whole series of activities from sports to culture to education, as well as a “get to know Moscow” angle.
Beginning on Tuesday September 21st there will be weekly Gaelic Football training for anyone who wants to take up a new sport and get the chance to travel around Russia and Europe playing Ireland’s National sport. And there will even be trainings each Sunday morning at FC Lokomotiv Moscow Stadium for anyone who wants some extra experience. Training is open to all as we have men’s and women’s teams.
From September 24th there will be the Intervarsity Futsal League which will see MISIS play against teams from other Universities in Moscow.
Another weekly activity will be the Actor’s Studio, where students can explore and develop their artistic side, with training provided by Internationally known and award-winning actors and directors. This will begin on Thursday September 30 th

One Saturday each month the ISC will lead a Discover Moscow tour taking in famous landmarks, bustling streets and so much more. Even for those who think they know Moscow pretty well, this will show you the city through new eyes!
Extra events will pop up during the year including going to ice hockey and football matches; trips to other cities and regions of Russia; information meetings about the NUST MISIS International Academic Mobility program and a full range of possibilities to make your time in MISIS even better!
