Metamaterials and post-silicon electronics
The workshop will be led by the representatives (researchers and postgraduates) of the Department of Technology of materials of electronics — Truhanova E. L. (PostDoc, grant K4-2017-041), M. M. Salem (PhD student), Trukhanov A.V. (PhD) and Darwish M. A. (doctoral student). The results of studies of functional composite materials based on magnetic complex oxides will be presented. In the framework of the reports the influence of the concentration of magnetoactive Fe ions substitution in hexaferrite and ferrite-spinels on their structural and magnetic characteristics will beconsidered. Will demonstrate the relationship between the composition of the material (concentration of magnetic powder-fillers, the role of the carbon nanoplasmonic, the introduction of the ferroelectric phase) and magnetic, electrical and microwave properties.
