We are happy to invite you to attend the workshop Supporting Academic Discussion in the EMI Classroom with a special guest Dr Ann Mabbott, Professor Emeritus from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. In preparation for the workshop Dr. Mabbott has invested extensive effort to be able to address the academic needs of MISIS faculty. She will bring in her practical expertise and discuss how teachers can scaffold academic discussions with students who are still learning English.
