The II Youth Forum CELAC-RUSSIA is here again!!If you are a proactive youth and want to promote really changes and participate in socio-economics, political and cultural discussions, and you are also interested in the integration of Russia — Latin America and the Caribbean, this forum is FOR YOU!
CELAC-RUSSIA is a unique space for participation and dialogue under the diplomactic framework between Latin American’s countries, the Caribbean and Russia to generate proposals on issues pertaining to the regional and global spheres.
In our 2nd Edition, officials and diplomats will participate as EXPERTS, who will ensure that the proposals generated turn up in the decision-making spaces.
The Forum will be held in spanish, russian and english languages.
