The forum includes a business game “‘Youth model Russia-CELAC’” and a discussion platform for representatives of youth public associations. Within the business game, Russian and Latin American students, representatives of youth organizations and young professionals from Russia and CELAC countries will have an opportunity to simulate a mode of international dialogue between these countries and jointly develop the most effective solutions to issues on the global and regional agenda that are relevant to Russia and the member states of the Community.
This year, Forum participants will be able to become delegates and represent the official positions of the countries assigned to them in one of 4 committees:
- Committee on security and sovereignty (working language-Spanish)
- Committee on Economics (working language-English)
- Committee for culture (working language — Spanish)
- Social Committee (working language — Spanish)
Selection to committees is carried out until November 25.

During the discussion platform, leaders of youth public associations, leaders of youth projects, representatives of relevant bodies responsible for implementing youth policy, and other representatives of active youth in both regions will exchange experience in the field of youth policy and youth work, talk about challenges and prospects for cooperation between Russia and Latin America, and make proposals for the development of the Russia — CELAC youth dialogue.
