The International Scientific Symposium “Miner’s Week” is the largest scientific and practical event of the mining industry in Russia.
For 30 years, the Symposium has been bringing together representatives of business, government, scientific and educational communities from around the world. At the “Miner’s Week”, contemporary challenges and innovations of the mining industry are discussed. Also, the industry’s leading developments and research are introduced by representatives of Russian and European mining communities.
The 30th anniversary Symposium will be attended by 1,500 delegates representing more than 400 organizations and enterprises from 45 participating countries. More than 450 presentations on mining technologies, ecology, import substitution, personnel issues, and education were announced.
During the event, a range of meetings and round tables will be held — the Scientific Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences on Problems of Mining Sciences, the Technical Council on Geomechanics, the FUMO “Applied Geology, Mining, Oil and Gas Business and Geodesy”, etc. The program of events of the Symposium is published on the official website.
The Symposium will be held on February
