Science Days at MISIS University is an annual series of conferences, contests and popular science events for students and school students from all over the country who are engaged or interested in science.

On the Day of Russian Science, February 8, MISIS University announces the start of the MISIS University Science Days, which are held for the 78th time this year.

By March 17, you can submit the abstract of your research and then present it at the department conference. If you are the winner, you will also take part in the college conference. After the event, the Science Days’ abstracts collection will be published.

This year you can submit your abstract in the 5 priority areas:

  • materials of the future;
  • quantum internet;
  • biomedical materials and bioengineering;
  • sustainable development technologies;
  • digital business.

For the first time in history of the Science Days, not only department and college conferences will be held, but also conferences in the five priority areas. Students from other universities can take part in them.

Also, if you are conducting a scientific research or are just interested in science, you can take part in the XIII Youth Award in Science and Innovation — a contest of popular science videos. It also starts on February 8.

More than 30 people will become the winners and get the cash prize.

You can send your video until April 17.

The closing ceremony of the Science Days will traditionally encompass not only the awarding ceremony of the finalists but also a popular science battle of young scientists — Science Slam MISIS.
