International female students studying in nuclear and related specialties are invited to participate in the competition for the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellowship Programme (MSCFP) for women. This programme aims to help increase the number of women in the nuclear industry, who contribute to global scientific and technological innovation.
The program is open to international female students in the first or second year of a Master’s program who were admitted under the Russian Government quota to study nuclear energy or related fields.
The Russian side will cover the costs of the programme’s participants for studying at the flagship universities of Rosatom:
- full cost of studying within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation,
- сost of internship in Rosatom companies,
- standard monthly scholarship,
- additional scholarship from Rosatom in the amount of 20,000 rubles per month.
Upon completion of the programme, all female students will receive an IAEA certificate confirming their participation in the MSCFP as well as the opportunity to to pursue an internship at the IAEA Secretariat in Vienna.
Female students wishing to participate in the program should contact their academic department by October 20, 2026, for assistance with preparing the required documents. Applications must be submitted by October 31, 2026.
