Narratives are the open-ended micro-stories by which people create and share knowledge about how to survive and thrive around here. In complex systems (e.g. organisations, networks) the strength of its feedback loops ultimately determines the system’s ability to adapt or not. Insights are sudden, unexpected shifts to better stories that enable action. We explore the three paths to new insights — connections, curiosities and contradictions — and how you can turn these into breakthrough action.
