NUST MISIS Students Win “Moscow Student of the Year — 2017” Contest

Six students from NUST MISIS have become winners and prize-winners of the “Moscow Student of the Year — 2017” contest, which was held with the support of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science and the Russian Union of Youth. The award ceremony was held on October 12th, 2017, at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

Six students from NUST MISIS have become winners and prize-winners of the “Moscow Student of the Year — 2017” contest, which was held with the support of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science and the Russian Union of Youth. Konstantin Bakhteev, a 4th year student, took 1st place in the “Student leader” nomination, and Fyodor Bulanov, a 1st year master`s degree student, took 2nd place.

Also, NUST MISIS had two international students place in the “International student” nomination: Naranjargal Munkhjargal, a 3rd year student, took 2nd place, and Karmjonova Makhmudjona Khaetjon Ugli, a 4th year student, took 3rd place.

Yana Tsviley, a 3rd year student, took 3rd place in the “Creative personality” nomination.

Yulia Terekhova, a 2nd year master`s degree student, took 2nd place in the “Social activist of the year” nomination.

The contest is the Moscow regional stage of the Russian National Award “Student of the Year”, established by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science and the Russian Union of Youth. These contest winners will take part in the award’s final ceremony, which will be held from November 15th —18th, 2017, in Simferopol.
