Typical Mistakes During Entrance Examinations Using Remote Technologies
The following common violations of the regulations for conducting entrance examinations using remote technologies will result in the exam work not being accepted for evaluation:
- The computer/laptop camera must be positioned frontally in such a way that the applicant’s face, hands, and the surface of the desk are clearly visible;
- It is prohibited to make any marks indicating the authorship of the applicant’s work (file name, comments or signatures, other marks on the final sheet);
- It is forbidden to seek assistance from other individuals;
- The use of social networks, messengers, or any other software for information transfer is prohibited;
- Opening unrelated browser tabs is prohibited unless required by the proctoring system;
- Leaving the webcam’s field of view is not allowed.
