1C Business Solution Design and Implementation

This educational track will make you a professional in project and IT project management, with skills in MS Project, Elma.Project, and Jira. You will learn how to organize and control key project phases, manage documentation, and create project paperwork. You’ll also learn to budget and manage project risks. During your studies, you will work on IT projects with our business and consulting partners!

Did you know that robotic solutions are the future? Specialists in robotics are in demand but currently rare in the job market. RPA (Robotic Process Automation) analysts help companies implement digital transformation through robotization of business processes.

In this track, you’ll learn to develop and implement robotic solutions, formalize and analyze business requirements, and manage software robot testing. NUST MISIS hosts one of the first Centers for Automation of Administrative Processes in Russia aimed at integrating software robots into the production process. A business analyst acts as the liaison between managers and programmers — a cross‑functional specialist who transforms business desires into technical requirements. On this track, you’ll become a professional in modeling and formalizing company operations, analyzing and optimizing business process automation solutions.

Why do we train specialists for all sectors? Because we have extensive practical experience solving problems in various domains: production planning in metallurgy, HR management in retail, and IT infrastructure management in banking.

This track combines foundational economics with modern IT solutions for business. You’ll learn how to excel in financial analytics and digital transformation. You’ll also develop prototypes of information systems, manage digitalization, model business processes, and calculate financial indicators.

This practice‑oriented track is developed and implemented with partner companies. Thus, the training will help you confidently navigate the IT consulting market and meet top employer standards.
