Sensor Design and Technology

Want to design sensors? Understand the physical phenomena behind them? Learn micro‑system engineering principles? In this track, you’ll study nanotechnologies and nanodiagnostic methods, learn to design electronic and nanoelectronic products, design sensors for various purposes, and develop and implement sensor manufacturing technologies. After graduation, you can build a career in top research institutes and electronic, microsystems, and automation industry enterprises.

You’ll learn from world‑renowned scientists whose research is recognized nationally and internationally. Our department ranks among the top 6 at NUST MISIS and leads in research activity.

Duration of the program: 4 years. Full-time education in Russian.

Nanotechnologies and Materials for Micro- and Nanosystems

Want to study materials at the nanoscale? Become a unique specialist for high‑tech companies working with nanotechnologies? Develop nanomaterials, resource‑ and energy‑saving technologies, and integrate them into micro‑ and nanosystems?

This educational track is unmatched in Russia and includes unique courses. You’ll work on advanced research equipment under world-renowned scientists. You’ll learn to conduct materials‑science research and develop micro‑ and nanosystems. After graduation, you can work in major high-tech companies (e.g. ROSNANO) and research centers in the country and abroad.
