Business Management in Digital Economy
The Master’s program is based on current trends in digitalization, artificial intelligence, and the focus on the experience economy. During their studies, students will learn how to develop and implement corporate and competitive strategies, as well as how to digitize routine business processes. They will also learn how to create and implement digital enterprises, and explore issues related to systems thinking, organizational design, personnel motivation and incentive, conflict resolution, and corporate lifecycle management. Students will gain an understanding of systems theory and how it applies to business. Graduates of the Master’s program will be able to pursue a career by engaging in organizational and managerial activities, information and analysis, and entrepreneurship. They can work as a risk management specialist or provide financial consulting services for businesses. They can also engage in strategic and tactical planning for production and provide organizational and document support for enterprises.
