Electrotechnical Systems, Machines, and Equipment for Mining Enterprises
Electrical energy powers the foreseeable future. It’s essential for designing electrotechnical systems, robotic mining machinery with energy-saving electric drives, digital substations, microprocessor control devices, protection and signaling systems.
If you’re interested in designing such systems, ensuring safe and comfortable conditions in mineral resource facilities and underground infrastructure in megacities, this track will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to handle complex technical challenges in metro construction, underground infrastructure, and critical facilities — even in emergencies.
You’ll learn to develop mining machinery and equipment, design electrical systems, energy-efficient power supplies, and implement systemic energy resource management to enhance energy efficiency.
Duration of the program: 5,5 years. Full-time education in Russian.
