Underground Construction (Part-Time Learning)
By the end of this decade, megacity populations could reach 30 million — making underground infrastructure even more vital. This track immerses you in underground urbanism: you’ll learn to design underground structures and mining facilities using IT technologies, tackle scientific and practical challenges in expanding megacities underground, and complete practical training at mining enterprises and unique construction sites — from metros to major sub-surface complexes.
Upon completion, you’ll be qualified for engineering and managerial roles in the mineral resource sector or become an expert in building urban underground infrastructure and mining-industrial enterprises.
Duration of the program: 6 years. Part-time education in Russian.
