79th MISIS University Science Days

This is an annual series of conferences, competitions and popular science events for schoolchildren and students from all over Russia who are involved in or interested in science.

Submit an abstract of your research work to the peer-reviewed Science Days Proceedings and take part in the conference.

Students’ abstracts are accepted in the following areas.

  • Biomedical Engineering
  • Mining
  • Information Technology
  • Materials Science
  • Metallurgy
  • Nanotechnology
  • Physics and Quantum Engineering
  • Economics and Management
  • Language and Communication

The undergraduate and graduate students, as well as schoolchildren can participate. Abstracts can be submitted in one of the official languages of Science Days, i.e. Russian or English. All works submitted by the deadline and accepted by experts are included in the Science Days Proceedings.

The Science Days winners and finalists receive additional points for the admission to the bachelor, specialist and master programs.

Youth award in science and innovation

This is an all-Russian competition of short popular science video files, held annually among schoolchildren and students as a part of the MISIS University Science Days. The winners and the finalists receive impressive money prizes.

Make a video file

For the schoolchildren and student nominations you should present the subject matter, methods and relevance of your scientific research or invention.

For the technology entrepreneurship nomination “In Techno Style!” you reveal the essence and prospects of your technological project or invention, show the opportunities for the development of technological entrepreneurship in your university.

For the popular science nomination “How this world works”, you tell us in an accessible and interesting way about any phenomenon, discovery or technology.

You can take part in two categories at once: scientific / technology entrepreneurship and popular science. To do this, you need to make two different video files on different topics.
