Foreign citizens can study for free at Russian universities, funded by the federal budget. Admission to various levels of education is possible through a special quota from the Government of the Russian Federation or via the international competition of the Association of Global Universities — Open Doors: Russian Scholarship Project.
MISIS University invites international students in their final years of Bachelor’s, Specialist, and Master’s programs (graduates of 2025/2026) to take part in information sessions about opportunities for tuition-free studies in Russia.
During the meetings, we will:
- explain in detail the admission opportunities through the Russian Government quota and the Open Doors Olympiad;
- present the available study options and introduce Master’s and PhD programs;
- discuss the specifics of applying for studies funded by the federal budget, including timelines and requirements;
- answer the most frequently asked questions.
