How to get registered on the Personal Account? Learn more.
Certificate of enrollment certifies that you are officially enrolled as a student at NUST MISIS. This document also contains information about the period and mode of study, level of education and financing form.
You can order a certificate of enrollment online via personal account on the NUST MISIS website.
How to get a certificate of enrollment via personal account:
Step 1: use “order a service” section on the personal account.
Step 2: from the list of services choose “справка с места учёбы”.
Step 3: after you chose the type of service, indicate (!) where you need to submit the document and the number of copies.
Step 4: choose how you want to receive the order:
- digitally (number of copies should be −1)
- personally.
Step 5: after clicking “order the service and sign with simple electronic signature” you need to track the status of order.
Step 6: after your order is complete you will get notified by e-mail and the status in the personal account will be updated to “заявка выполнена” or “заявка закрыта”.
If you chose to receive the document electronically the scan copy will be attached on the application page of the personal account in PDF-format.

As soon as the order is complete, you can collect a certificate of enrollment:
At the International Student Services (office G-369) within the business hours.
Via post, you need to specify the postal address with the code in the commentary section.
The document is valid within 14 days from the moment of order.
Original documents on the previous education are stored in students individual record files at the International Student Services archive (G-369).
You can order a copy of the document on the previous education online via personal account on the NUST MISIS website.
How to get a copy of the document on the previous education via personal account:
Step 1: use “order a service” section on the personal account.
Step 2: from the list of services choose “копия документа о предыдущем образовании”.
Step 3: choose how you want to receive the order:
- digitally
- personally.
Step 4: after clicking “order the service and sign with simple electronic signature” you need to track the status of order.
Step 5: after your order is complete you will get notified by e-mail and the status in the personal account will be updated to “заявка выполнена” or “заявка закрыта”.

As soon as the order is complete, you can collect a certificate of enrollment at the International Student Services (office G-369) within the business hours.
You can request the original of your document on previous education for temporary use.
To do so you need to get authorization from the International Student Services via official application. The application must be signed by the head of the International Student Services, your college director, director of the Student Office and vice-rector of the security and general affairs. You can take the original of the document on previous education for no more than 14 (fourteen) days.
IMPORTANT: you must return the original of the document on previous education to the International Student Services within the period indicated in the application.
How to get the original of your document on previous education for temporary use:
Step 1: use “order a service” section on the personal account.
Step 2: from the list of services choose “копия документа о предыдущем образовании”.
Step 3: Indicate that you need to get the original of the document personally in the commentary section.
Step 4: after clicking “order the service and sign with simple electronic signature” you need to track the status of order.
Step 5: On the personal account go to the section “Application forms” and choose “Заявление на выдачу документа об образовании на временное пользование”. Fill in your contact number, the name of the document that you need to collect in Russian language (e.g. “аттестат” if you are currently a Bachelor’s or Specialist’s student or “диплом” if you are Master’s or PhD student) and where you are going to submit the document to in Russian language. The application will automatically formed, download it and start signing in the order specified in the form.
Step 6: as soon as you have the formed signed by officials indicated in the form and the status of order on the personal account is ready, you can come to the International Student Services, hand in the application and collect the document.

For exmatriculated students (due to graduation or expulsion), originals of the documents on previous education are given back only after expulsion order is released. If you have applied for the postgraduation vacation, expulsion order will be released after your vacation is over.
How to get the original of your document on previous education after exmatriculation:
PERSONALLY at the International Student Services (G-369), you will need to show your ID.
When collecting the original of your document on previous education, you need to hand in the following documents:
- Gradebook
- Student ID
- Student Pass
You can also receive the original of your document on previous education via post, if you submit an application notarized by a public notary. For more information, please contact welcome@misis.ru
The original of your document on previous education can be sent via postal service based on the application submitted via Personal Account within 30 days after the released of the expulsion order. In the section “For Graduates” choose the option “Документы о предыдущем уровне образования”. It will form the application automatically. You need to print it out and fill out the information, sign and attach its copy or scan to the personal account, then click the button “Order a Service”.
Student ID is a document that verifies your enrollment at the university.
You can pick your student ID at the International Student Services. Student ID is given out on the first year of study and you need to extend it validity at the beginning of each year of study. You can extend your student ID at the International Student Services (G-369).
Student ID duplicate can be given to a student in the event of its loss or damage. You will need to fill out an application and submit it along with a photo (3×4 format) to the International Student Services.
After you have finished your studies you will need to hand in your Student ID to the International Student Services and it will be stored in your individual record file.
Graduation list is a document that graduating students need to fill out before leaving the university.

You can get a copy of the graduation list at the International Student Services.
How to fill out the graduate questionnaire:
- Go to the personal account.
- In the section “Available Services” choose “Polls”.
- In the subsection “Polls” choose “Анкета выпускника”, fill it out and save.
Have the graduation list signed by all responsible officials indicated in the form and hand in to the International Student Services along with the gradebook, student ID and student pass.
For students graduated before 2014, individual records are stored in the university archive with the following address:
