The IX All-Russian “IT Service Management Forum” (itSMF) was held on September 27th, 2018. The results of the annual graduate “Junior League ITSM-2018” research project were summarized as part of the conference.
Eugenia Nezhurina, an alumnus of the NUST MISIS College of Information Business Systems, won the “Engineering of ITSM Business Processes” nomination. The topic of her master`s thesis was “The model of the release management process of IT-services for large telecommunications companies”.
