You can find visa information, requirements and application on the official website of the Russian Embassy in your country. Invitations (Visa Letters) in Russian are also sent to you or will be sent soon. Attendees from countries that require visas are kindly reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take up to several weeks. You are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and begin the application process early. Visa applications should be submitted for processing as early as possible. Please note that the AMR-2019 event organizers do not have any influence over the issuance of a visa. The determination is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/Consulate. Should your application be denied, the AMR-2019 event organizers cannot change the decision of the governmental agency.

SCOPE OF THE CONFERENCE
The aim of this conference is to bring together scientists and students from the seven European universities currently involved in the EEIGM and AMASE programmes:
- Nancy-Université — EEIGM / INPL (Nancy — France)
- Universität des Saarlandes (Saarbrücken — Germany)
- Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya — EEBE (Barcelona — Spain)
- Luleå Tekniska Universitet (Luleå — Sweden)
- Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (València — Spain)
- National University of Science and Technology “MISIS” (Moscow — Russia)
- Université Libre de Bruxelles (Bruxelles — Belgium)
The participation of scientists and students from other European or non European universities cooperating in our EEIGM or AMASE programmes is also welcome.
This conference will provide a forum for exchange of ideas, cooperations and future directions by means of regular presentations, posters and topical discussions.

FORMAT OF THE CONFERENCE
Oral presentations of 15 minutes plus 5 minutes of questions are scheduled together with a poster session. The sessions will start on the morning of Thursday 25th April and finish on Friday afternoon. Time will be included for poster sessions and topical discussions. This format is designed to enhance contacts between participants and promote dialogue on prospective cooperations. The conference will take place in an informal atmosphere.
