Science Days is an annual series of events traditionally uniting faculty and institutional science conferences, lectures and competitions, as well as the presentation of the Youth Award in Science and Innovation. Students and school students from all over the country can participate in the event. The 76th Science Days in the Year of Science and Technology promise to be special: scientific conferences, an All-Russian video competition, Science Slam and, of course, valuable prizes await you.
To participate in the Science Days, you must send the theses of your scientific work. The best works will be published in the official collection, and the winners will make a presentation at a scientific conference. Students’ theses are accepted until March 26, school students’ theses — until April 1.
Theses of scientific work can be submitted in the following areas:
- materials science;
- metallurgy;
- mining;
- nanotechnology;
- IT;
- economics and management;
- foreign languages and communication technologies.
Students and school students can submit a video to participate in the competition for the XI Youth Award. A video clip can be devoted to a phenomenon, fact, scientist, discovery, technology, everything that the author can tell about in an accessible and interesting way. The author chooses the form of filing at his discretion.
In the Year of Science and Technology, videos are accepted in 10 priority areas:
- New medicine
- Space exploration
- New challenges and threats. Security
- New production technologies and materials
- Territorial connectivity and space development
- Climate and ecology
- Genetics and quality of life
- Energetics of the future
- Artificial Intelligence
- Human and society
You can send your video until May 10.
On April 16, a solemn awarding ceremony will be held for the winners of conferences within the framework of the Science Days and the traditional Science Slam, and on May 27, the names of the winners of the Youth Award will be announced.
