Digital Management of Technological Processes in Metallurgy and Mechanical Engineering (AES)

The Master’s program is offered within the Аdvanced Engineering School and aims at training technologists, specialists in the automation of machine-building and metallurgical industries, as well as researchers in physico-chemical processes with a new perspective. These graduates will be able to develop and implement digital solutions in the production of metal products, including products and blanks for critical engineering applications. The Master’s degree program is implemented in collaboration with the industrial partner, Rosatom State Corporation, as part of the Advanced Engineering School “Materials Science, Additive and Cross-Cutting Technologies” (AES MAСT).

Advanced Materials and Investment Cast Methods (AES)

High-precision casting is a modern process for mass production that produces products that meet the exact technical specifications of the customer, in terms of quality, geometry, and dimensions. This process does not require any additional processing. For training a new generation of engineers, an innovative Master’s degree program has been developed for specialists in manufacturing technologies for precision cast products made from ferrous and non-ferrous metals, aimed at enterprises in high-tech industries such as engine building, aviation, automotive, and space and specialized equipment manufacturing. The program is based on the Advanced Engineering School “Materials Science, Additive and Cross-Cutting Technologies” (AES MACT) considering the current needs of companies. During their studies, students complete internships at Rosatom State Corporation enterprises and gain experience in leadership, business, innovation, and entrepreneurship skills.

Additive Technologies (AES)

The Master’s program in Additive Technologies aims at training specialists who want to gain skills in operating 3D printers and work in the field of additive manufacturing. The training is conducted based on the Engineering Center for High-complexity Prototyping “Kinetica” and its own fleet of equipment. From the first day of their studies, students become involved in research and the international scientific community. They participate in competitions and internships with Rosatom and Rostec, as well as with high-tech companies that are residents of Skolkovo.
