Other programs

Technological Machines and Equipment Production and Renovation

A full-time educational program aims at training specialists for finding solutions to the following objectives at the engineering enterprise: acceleration of manufacturing technological preparation and the decrease of labor intensity during the production stage, improving the competitiveness of products, effective use of material and energy resources, organizing effective maintenance and repair system for industrial equipment, including mining and transport machines.

Technological Machines of City-planning Complex

The program aims at producing undergraduate alumni and current specialists. It is based on studying the equipment for urban engineering. During the learning process the emphasis is put on the underground constructions. Graduates can work in high-profile Moscow city-planning complex companies and subsequently hold a senior position due to the cooperation with employers and the internship opportunities at their enterprises.

Geomechanical Support for Technogenic Safety

The Master’s program trains geotechnical engineers capable of addressing issues related to the technogenic safety of industrial operations. Students learn to assess the stability of rock masses, build digital models of deposits, monitor geomechanical processes, and apply modern diagnostic and computational methods. The program combines theory and practice: training includes working with specialized software, observing the condition of natural rock masses, and data analysis. The focus is on real-world industrial safety challenges. These specialists are in demand due to growing requirements for process optimization in the mining and construction sectors. Graduates of the Geomechanical Support for Technogenic Safety program can work at mining enterprises, in underground construction companies, and in organizations that ensure industrial safety.

Management of Technical Condition of Mining Equipment

The Management of Technical Condition of Mining Equipment program trains mid- and senior-level managers for large mining companies. During their studies, students learn advanced methods for the design, operation, and maintenance of mining equipment and master modern professional software tools. Thanks to partnerships with industry, students gain practical experience and often secure employment while still in the program. Acquired competencies enable graduates to hold high-level positions in leading mining companies in the future.
