Project Management Office operates according to NUST MISIS Management Process Guidelines elaborated to establish unified Program project management principles and regulations. Project Management Office Director in charge of the Office is appointed by NUST MISIS rector’s decree.
PMO main goal is to provide for consolidated project management at the university’s Competitiveness Enhancement Program level. The Program management design is absolutely transparent, and road map project implementation mechanisms are discussed openly. Project Management Office coordinates activities related to the approved projects, and is directly involved in an efficient cash flow management.
PMO integrates project regular reporting into Program Status Combined Financial Statements. PMO incorporates the Management Committee decisions in draft projects by means of updating plans and statuses of the Program activity implementation, and adjusts project links and sequences.
