Optoelectronic Semiconductor Devices
Want to become an expert in photodiode structures, radiation detectors, and solar cells? Want to learn how to design optoelectronic semiconductor devices and devise equipment based on them?
In this track, you’ll study radiation and beam physics, solid-state electronic materials and devices, and nanoscale structures. You’ll learn to use semiconductors and device structures for thin-film deposition in vacuum, ion implantation, beam processing, as well as photonic and laser annealing. You’ll conduct experimental research commissioned by electronics companies, and gain experience using computational power and modern laboratory equipment, including the departmental heavy-ion accelerator at NUST MISIS.
Duration of the program: 4 years. Full-time education in Russian.
