NUST MISIS and University of Johannesburg sign Memorandum on Cooperation

On May 27th, 2016, NUST MISIS hosted a meeting with a delegation from the University of Johannesburg.

The meeting was aimed at discussing a development of cooperation between the two universities within the framework of the BRICS Network University.

NUST MISIS presented its main research projects, corresponding to the 6 main areas where the university is involved in the BRICS Network University: power engineering, BRICS countries researches, IT and information security, economics, ecology, and water resources management.

Following the meeting the parties signed a Memorandum on Cooperation. In accordance with the signed Memorandum a double degree program in Quantum Physics will soon be realized.
