Sergey Morozov, head of the NUST MISIS Laboratory of Functional Low-Dimensional Structures, was awarded a 2017 Web of Science Award as the most cited Russian researcher in the “Physics” nomination. Only scientists and research organizations that make outstanding contributions to the development of science receive this award. The award was given to 16 Russian scientists in total.
