Alexandra Khvan Elected Member of RAS`s National Committee for Thermophysical Properties of Substances

Alexandra Khvan, a Candidate of Technical Sciences and the Director of the NUST MISIS Center for Thermochemistry Materials, has been elected a member of RAS`s National Committee for Thermophysical Properties of Substances.

Alexandra Khvan is a world-renowned scientist: since 2015 she has been chairman of the Russian representation of MSIT (Materials Science International Team), which is an international community of the finest scientists in the field of materials science, thermodynamics, and crystallography.

Khvan has been the Director of the NUST MISIS Center for Thermochemistry Materials since 2014. The center is a unique research platform where scientists work to accelerate the development of new materials.
