NUST MISIS Campus areas are WiFi enabled. The WiFi connectivity is available for students, faculty and visitors from anywhere within campus and is free accessible. Today NUST MISIS networks cover buildings “B”, “G”, “A”, and “K”, and the services are constantly being upgraded.
Our university provides access to the following networks:
- MISIS-GUEST
- MISIS-CORP
- MISIS-EDU
- EDUROAM
- MISIS-GUEST Network
This Network is intended to be used by NUST MISIS visitors. According to the Government Decree of Russian Federation № 758 of 31 July 2014 all non-authorised users need to verify their phone number to use public WiFi.
Once connected to the network MISIS-GUEST, the authentication popup will appear on the splash screen of your device. The user need to fill in their international phone number. To confirm it please send any text message to the specified phone number via SMS. Once you have finished up the authentication, you can use internet connection.
MISIS-CORP Network
This Network is intended to be used exclusively by NUST MISIS employees. To get access to this network you need to log in using your NUST MISIS Employee personal account.
Once connected to the network MISIS-CORP, the authentication popup will appear on the splash screen of your device. The user needs to log in using their corporate e-mail address (xxxx@misis.ru) and password for their employee personal account.
MISIS-EDU Network
This Network is intended to be used by NUST MISIS students. To get access to this network you need to log in using your NUST MISIS Student personal account.
Once connected to the network MISIS-EDU, the authentication popup will appear on the splash screen of your device. The user needs to log in using their corporate e-mail address (xxxx@edu.misis.ru) and password for their student personal account.
Network EDUROAM
This Network is intended to be used by students and employees of the universities that are included to the list of EDUROAM (World Wide Education Roaming for Research & Education), and NUST MISIS is one of them.
This network enables you to use Internet access with unified network settings both at your University and in any other.
Once connected to the network EDUROAM, the user needs to log in using their corporate e-mail address (xxxx@misis.ru or xxxx@edu.misis.ru) and password for their personal account. The certificate is currently our of service.
