NUST MISIS will again be the venue for a collegiate event, hosting the quarter-finals of the ACM-ICPC, the largest international collegiate programming contest in the world.
On September 23rd, 2017, at the NUST MISIS Commune House, the opening ceremony of the new season of “University Saturdays” took place. A lecture on the most relevant blockchain-technologies was held for school students. Anastasiya Tyurina, Director of the Department for Blockchain-Technology Development at VEB, acted as guest speaker.
For the first time in Russia, NUST MISIS hosted the international Maker Faire Moscow festival, the world`s famous festival of invention, creativity, and resourcefulness, which gathered more than 200 amateur designers and young engineers from Russia, the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
