The International Student Council of NUST MISIS (ISC) is a dynamic and diverse student organization that aims to create a vibrant and supportive community at the university. Our primary focus is to organize adaptational events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of all students.
Conversation Clubs
Regularly, the Council organizes conversation clubs called “Let’s talk,” where students have the opportunity to freely communicate in a foreign language in an informal setting. Through interaction with native speakers from various countries around the world, participants overcome language barriers, improve their conversational skills, expand their vocabulary, and make new acquaintances.
Thematic Quizzes
These are team competitions where students have the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge, solve challenging tasks, and apply acquired skills in practice. These events not only serve as a way to assess knowledge but also as a platform for exchanging experiences, discussions, and communication among participants. Quizzes provide opportunities for students to apply their talents and abilities in a public setting, as well as develop critical thinking skills, which increases their motivation to study and allows them to have fun and interactively spend their time.

International Student Council arranges walks to unique and historically valuable places in the capital city, where students are introduced to landmarks, traditions, vast culture and history of Russia.
